Associations

As every year, alongside our concerts, discover a supportive and cultural associative ecosystem at the heart of the Plaza.

Whether at Fiesta des Suds or Babel Music XP, the volunteers of SOS MÉDITERRANÉE are always warmly welcomed to raise awareness among our audience about the plight of exiles at sea. This year, the solidarity cup initiative is renewed: return your cup to the association’s stand and donate your two-euro deposit!

In the same spirit of solidarity and commitment, MÉDECINS SANS FRONTIÈRES (Doctors Without Borders) will take over the mezzanine to present two powerful and essential exhibitions:

  • “We did what we could”, showcasing MSF’s presence alongside patients in Gaza.
  • “The Survivors of Darfur”, highlighting refugees in Chad, with portraits captured through the lens of Corentin Fohlen.
Risk Prevention

Festivals are meant to be ideal spaces, full of encounters and powerful artistic discoveries, but they can also lead people to push their limits. It is our responsibility to implement operational measures for risk reduction. To support our actions, we have partnered with two well-established Marseille-based organizations.

  • SAFER: “A project fully committed to fostering a culture of consent, ensuring that festivals become more inclusive and caring spaces.” Their expertise in managing gender-based and sexual violence (VHSS) since 2021 guarantees quality support for our audience during the nights of March 20, 21, and 22.
  • WE TEK CARE will be present for risk prevention and harm reduction in festive environments. With a non-judgmental and empathetic approach, their mission is to raise awareness about alcohol consumption, psychoactive substances, and even auditory risks associated with amplified music. Throughout the festival, you will also be able to borrow children’s headphones thanks to AVENIR SANTÉ, and earplugs will be freely available.
Listen & read

The joy of digging through vinyl, falling for an album cover, or blindly trusting a record dealer’s recommendation is an experience not to be missed. Henrique from DISQUES DE LA SAINTE-VICTOIRE will step out of his Beaurecueil shop to showcase his sharp selection during these two memorable nights at the Dock.

From the book world, Nadir and Yasmina from L’ÎLE AUX MOTS—a bookstore established a year ago in the Arenc district—return with a carefully curated selection of monographs, bridging the themes of our round tables, contemporary societal issues, and global music references.

Meanwhile, TSUGI RADIO’s “Place des Fêtes” will broadcast live, inviting you to discover the unique artists featured at Babel Music XP.

Eat & drink

Once again, we welcome food trucks and restaurateurs who are dedicated to offering seasonal, generous, and locally sourced menus.

  • GRENADE & PISTACHE – A Syrian cuisine that invites you to travel.
  • LA CARAVANE MARSEILLAISE – A fresh, 100% vegan menu.
  • SARDINES MARSEILLAISES – Delicious, freshly caught seafood!

Our bar teams will be at your service throughout the evening.
