PAVILLON FORMATION

A shared space dedicated to training and career support in the performing arts and music sectors, the PAVILLON FORMATION brings together organizations offering tailored programs for industry professionals. As a resource hub and an information center for skills development pathways, this pavilion supports career integration and growth while highlighting professional opportunities.

PAVILLON INCLUSION

Dedicated to the inclusion of people with disabilities, this collaborative pavilion brings together specialized organizations working closely on training programs, job access initiatives, and personalized career management tools. By fostering dialogue and collaboration, it creates synergies that facilitate professional opportunities for all. The PAVILLON INCLUSION embodies an inclusive and proactive approach to the sustainable integration of people with disabilities into the workforce.

PAVILLON DES SOLUTIONS ET DE L’INNOVATION

This pavilion highlights innovative solutions to support the creation, distribution, and management of live performances while integrating new technologies and practices. Participants develop tools tailored to the needs of industry professionals. As a meeting space, idea lab, and project-sharing platform, the PAVILLON DES SOLUTIONS ET DE L’INNOVATION fosters the evolution of the sector and serves as a dynamic hub for transforming the artistic and cultural landscape.

PAVILLON DE L’ÉGALITÉ

The PAVILLON DE L’ÉGALITÉ highlights the issues related to gender equality within the sector, promoting greater visibility for women and gender minorities, and working against gender-based violence and sexual violence (GBV). The organisations featured at this pavilion are dedicated to creating a more inclusive industry.
