OUR COMMITMENTS

The two events, BABEL MUSIC XP & FIESTA DES SUDS, are committed to structuring their CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) initiatives. Beyond their membership in COFEES (Collective of Eco-Responsible and Solidarity Festivals in the Southern Region) and the creation of a CSR representative, both events focus on nine key areas of action, including:

Rational waste management and sorting
Promoting circular economy practices in production and usage
Responsible and local dining options
Promoting and encouraging sustainable mobility for both the public and teams
Prevention, awareness, and action against risks in festive environments
Responsible communication
Anchoring within the local economic ecosystem
Solidarity and inclusion for both the public and within teams
Training and raising awareness among teams on the fight against sexual and gender-based violence and all forms of discrimination

Babel Music XP is a space of respect and conviviality where no form of discrimination or violence is tolerated.

A sensitization program and a protocol for welcoming and assisting victims of violence will be implemented during the concert evenings.
