Founding member of the group Dhoad, Rahis Bharti is a descendant of a long line of Rajasthani musicians. He grew up in Jaipur to the sound of the tabla and now, this heir to a centuries-old musical and spiritual tradition offers the world a unique presentation of Rajasthan which the political, social and religious turmoil of the twentieth century all but erased.
